ABOUT ME
Why do I do what I do?
Well quite frankly, I didn’t like myself much in my twenties or thirties for that matter! Like most of us, life dealt me my fair share of ups and downs but I dwelled on the downs way too much for my own good and those around me. After a bit of soul searching and feedback from close friends and family, I made a decision to change my outlook. My wellness journey began with self-reflection, building awareness, practicing gratitude and building hope. I'm now dialling up the focus on the physical elements of wellness.
Through 15yrs + change management and facilitation experience in the corporate world, I've seen many times first hand the positive changes that come from the practice of coaching. My experience coupled with tertiary studies in Psychology, Sociology and Wellness (and executive coaching training) means I'm ready to walk alongside others in their journey towards greater physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
